Chase takes immense pride in being a father to two daughters and a son. He is an avid supporter of both the Carolina Panthers and the Tarheels. Hailing from Hickory, Chase graduated from Hickory High School in 2002 before pursuing a degree in Physical Education at Western Carolina University.

AMBER MILLER

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

After entrusting Chase with the roof replacement on her own home in 2020, Amber joined the Paramount family. This experience opened her eyes to the world of roof maintenance and homeowner’s insurance, and she takes pleasure in sharing her knowledge with our customers.

When she’s not immersed in roofing operations, Amber resides in the delightful town of Mooresville, NC, alongside her two furry companions – Prime, the gentle giant Black Russian Terrier, and Vida, her spirited (aka SPICY) Chihuahua with a heart of gold, despite being a special needs (tripod) rescue.

Apart from her beloved pets, family holds a special place in Amber’s heart. Blessed with an identical twin sister and two charming nieces who add excitement to her life, she enjoys soaking up the sunshine outdoors, wake surfing on Lake Norman, or satisfying her passion for thrift shopping at the local Goodwill store.

MELISSA SAUNDERS

A Louisiana native and self-professed organization freak, Melissa has been in the marketing and PR industry for 20 years. She has worked at ad agencies in three states, handled public relations for a city and launched successful campaigns for local start-ups as well as global brands like Sherwin-Williams and Cessna Aircraft. She grew up in South Louisiana, enjoys watching videos of cute kids and puppies, can wiggle her second toe without moving the others and was her class valedictorian. In her free time, she enjoys visiting her kids in Charleston, SC, and spending time on the lake with her husband.

CHRISTOPHER McGREGOR

Chris believes that Paramount Roofing is the perfect match for him, as it aligns with his love for construction and enables Paramount to provide top-notch gutter services to our valued customers.

Family time holds a special place in Chris’s heart, as he cherishes moments with his wife and their 8 children, spanning from newborn to 18 years old. Whether they’re snuggled up for movie nights (with a spacious couch being a must!), embarking on DIY projects as a team, or enjoying the company of their furry companions – a malamute, a bully, a Russian blue cat, and a speckled gecko. During his leisure time, you’ll often spot Chris out on the water, casting his line in pursuit of that prized big catch.

Donavon, our newest team member, brings a wealth of experience from his 13 years in the roofing/construction and insurance industries. Born and raised in Belmont, NC, Donavon’s love for the mountains, his dogs, and outdoor activities like climbing, hiking, and skating shines through in his adventurous spirit. When he’s not exploring the great outdoors, you can find him working on cars, trying his hand at making music, and enjoying quality time with his family, friends, and lovely wife. Donavon takes immense pride in his work, always striving to bring a smile to people’s faces and spread joy wherever he goes.

When she’s not fearlessly conquering roofs, you can catch her breaking a sweat at the gym or cherishing moments with her 17-year-old daughter, Laina Grace, and her lovable corgi, Charlie Oliver. Prime is a 10-month-old black Russian terrier pup weighing in at a mighty 90 pounds and serves as our Chief Morale Officer and Junior Pawject Manager at Paramount Roofing Systems. If you visit our offices, he will be the first to greet you at the door. He’s got big paws to fill, aspiring to be as legendary as Dexter, our sexy giant predecessor.
